Based on the investigation, Fatima was drinking with friends and went to the cemetery with the suspect.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly murdering a 15-year-old girl in Cavite on Saturday. A 17-year-old boy was arrested as he was the last person seen with the victim.

Blood is still in the scene.

In the autopsy of the Cavite police, Alejo was positively raped as it also found bite in her private parts of the body.

"Niyaya niya 'yung victim sa lugar tapos may plano na nga siyang gawin, pumalag 'yung biktima... napalo niya," said Police Officer 2 Armangel Genuino.

In the follow-up operation of the authorities, the 17-year-old boy was arrested for rape, but insisted that he wasn't alone for hitting the girl.

According to PO2 Armangel Genuino, the young man has already confessed to raping the girl but he says that he wasn’t alone in hitting the girl with a blunt object, identified as an improvised candle holder.

The suspect admitted that he had raped Alejo, but claimed that he was not alone in hitting her with an improvised candle holder.

The police, however, cleared the other man named by the 17-year-old suspect.

"Kung dalawa 'yung suspek, siguro dapat bubuhatin eh hindi. 'Yun kasing mga blood stain doon, eh may mga indication talaga na hinila lang 'yung biktima," Genuino said.

Alejo's grieving family is seeking justice for their loved one.

However, authorities have already cleared another man who was being linked to the crime by the suspect after investigating on the matter.

As the suspect is still minor, the suspect's custody will be handled by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

As a result, the victim's family demands justice for the death of a young woman.
